How do I get started
The first thing to do is get in-touch with one of our team. They will guide you through the on-boarding process. It takes around 48 hours to get a listing on from scratch, ready to take guests.
Whats the minimum term of service
We normally require a minimum of 8 weeks term of service. As need to perform a number of tasks to help prepare the apartment.
What if a guest has pets?
By default we do not accept guests that have pets as this may cause issues for future guests that may have fur allergies
How do the guests obtain the keys
We use a combination of lock boxes, concierge and in person checkin. Where possible we always go for in person, however, this isn’t always possible so occasionally we may rely upon keys boxes or concierge to help with the key exchange.
What if I would like to stay in my own property?
That completely fine, just let us know the dates and we’ll make sure the apartment is ready for your own personal usage.
Who will clean the property?
Our own in-house cleaners will take care of this for you. We have a professional team to ensure each property is ready and fit for the next guests. We always clean the property to a standard that we would be happy to stay in with our own families.
Do I need WiFi?
We always recommend that homes have Wifi. If you don’t have your own WiFi, depending on location we can use mobile services to help supply Internet to the property.
How will pay the bills?
The landlord is liable for all bills – this includes TV License, water, gas and council tax. We recommend, using ebills so that you keep on top of your bills
How and when do i pay Be Our Guests
We invoice you at the end of each month, with our commission and any expenses. We only get paid if you get paid!
What happens if a guest causes damage?
In rare cases or a guest damaging something, we’ll ultimately ask them to pay for the damage. If they do not believe they caused the damage then this will go to Airbnb’s dispute team where they’ll have the final decision. Most guests are quite honest and own up to any mishaps.
Do we need to provide the linen?
No, we take care of all of the linen. This covers, duvet covers, bed sheets, pillow cases, bath & hand towels, bath mats & kitchen towels.
Will I receive all of the rental income?
Yes, the landlord receives all of the Airbnb revenue minus fees directly into their account. We invoice you at the end of each month for our services.
